Our Services

Mental Health Services
We provide compassionate, culturally responsive therapy for individuals and families navigating life’s challenges. Our trauma-informed clinicians work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, healing space for growth, connection, and resilience.
What We Offer:
Individual Therapy – For children, adolescents, and adults experiencing ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Grief, Identity Exploration, Life Transitions, Parenting Challenges, Relationships, Substance Use/Addiction, Trauma, and much more.
Family Therapy – Strength-based support to improve communication, resolve conflict, and promote family healing
Group Therapy – Peer-supported learning environments focused on skill-building, connection, and shared experience
Crisis Intervention – Immediate clinical support and safety planning during periods of acute emotional or psychological distress
Services available in-office, in-home, in the community, or via telehealth.

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment
Outpatient Services (ASAM Level 1)
Our outpatient SUD treatment provides structured, evidence-based therapy for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Services include individual counseling, group therapy, and relapse prevention planning tailored to each client's stage of recovery.
Who it’s for: Adults and adolescents seeking recovery support while maintaining daily responsibilities
Intensive Outpatient Services (ASAM Level 2.1)
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) supports clients needing more structured care while still living in the community. With multiple weekly sessions, IOP focuses on building coping skills, managing triggers, and sustaining long-term recovery.
Who it’s for: Individuals requiring higher-level support for substance use recovery
What’s included: 9–12 hours/week of group, individual, and family therapy

Case Management
Our case managers support clients in navigating complex systems and reducing barriers to care. We take a holistic approach to building stability by helping clients meet their basic needs, strengthen executive functioning, and access wraparound support.
How We Help:
Assistance applying for Medicaid, SSI/SSDI, food assistance, and other benefits
Help accessing housing, rental support, or emergency shelter
Coordination with schools, primary care, psychiatry, and other providers
Advocacy for families involved with OCS, foster care, or reunification
Referrals to parenting classes, legal aid, transportation, and other programs
Support with executive functioning challenges: appointment follow-ups, form completion, etc.
Coaching in daily life skills, emotional regulation, and creating sustainable routines
Connection to local resources for food, hygiene products, and peer/community supports
Available through in-person, home-based, or telehealth appointments.
Behavioral Health Rehabilitation
Skills Training
We offer individualized life and social skills training to help clients manage daily living, interpersonal communication, emotional regulation, and independent functioning.
Who it’s for: Youth and adults with behavioral or emotional challenges impacting daily life
How it works: Delivered in-home, in-office, or in the community by trained behavioral health staff
Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Our PSR services focus on helping clients build the skills and confidence needed for recovery and community integration. Services address emotional, cognitive, and social functioning through structured, goal-oriented interventions.
Who it’s for: Adults experiencing serious mental illness
Location: Provided in community, home, or day treatment settings
Peer Support
Peer-Based Crisis Services
Certified peer support specialists provide real-time, empathetic crisis intervention from the lens of lived experience. Peer support during and after a crisis helps reduce stigma, increase engagement, and promote emotional safety.
Who it’s for: Individuals experiencing behavioral health crises who prefer peer-based support
Availability: Mobile, community-based, or on-site
Recovery Coaching
Our recovery coaches walk alongside individuals navigating mental health and/or substance use recovery. Coaches offer mentorship, goal setting, and connection to community resources—all grounded in lived experience and mutual empowerment.
Who it’s for: Youth and adults in early or ongoing stages of recovery
Access: Referral or self-request

Community Outreach
Greentree Behavioral Health actively engages with the community through school-based programming, outreach events, and partnerships with local organizations. We bring mental health services directly to schools, shelters, youth centers, and other trusted spaces.
Community-Based Services May Include:
School-based counseling or skill groups
On-site crisis de-escalation and mental health support
Workshops and presentations on trauma, resilience, or mental wellness
Collaboration with tribal, faith-based, or cultural organizations
We meet people where they are—literally.
Crisis Response Services
Mobile Outreach
Our mobile crisis teams provide in-person, rapid response to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Staffed by licensed clinicians and peer support, our teams deliver de-escalation, assessment, and linkage to services.
Availability: 24/7 mobile outreach in designated service area
Who it’s for: Anyone in crisis—no insurance or referral required
Crisis Observation and Stabilization
Short-term, supervised services designed to help stabilize individuals in emotional or psychological crisis. Clients receive clinical observation, support, and medication management (if needed) in a calm, recovery-focused setting.
Length of stay: Up to 23 hours
Goal: Reduce need for hospitalization and connect to outpatient care
Crisis Residential Services
Our residential crisis program offers 24-hour, short-term support in a safe, home-like environment for individuals unable to remain safely in the community due to mental health symptoms. Services include psychiatric care, therapy, and daily living support.
Who it’s for: Adults in behavioral health crisis requiring structured support
Length of stay: Typically 3–10 days

Telehealth
For clients who prefer or require remote access, we offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth services. Whether you're juggling school, work, parenting, or rural living, telehealth allows you to receive consistent support from the comfort of your home.
Available Via Telehealth:
Individual, family, and group therapy
